# Mission

### 🧪Daımon Labs

Daimon is built by Daimon Labs with a single mandate: fix what is broken in asset management, and do it fast. The protocol is guided by five core principles — smart decentralisation, good governance, individual agency, integrity and compliance, and enhanced investment capability — each one a deliberate response to the structural failures of the traditional industry.

### 🤝A New Fiduciary Standard

Daimon Labs is redefining the fiduciary standard for Treasury management — building toward a model where investor and manager interests are genuinely aligned, not structurally opposed. Together with our Community, we have architected a decentralised asset management layer that delivers what traditional finance has long promised but rarely delivered: greater efficiency, lower costs, broader accessibility, and uncompromising transparency and accountability.

### 🎯The Endgame

Daimon exists to close the access gap that has defined asset management for generations. The most sophisticated investment vehicles — SMA strategies, alternative assets, institutional-grade portfolio construction — have long been gatekept by high minimums, opaque structures, and incumbents with little incentive to change. Daimon builds the infrastructure that dismantles that equation: a single on-chain architecture where asset managers and investors interact directly, enabling any community, DAO, or individual to access and collectively manage investment vehicles historically reserved for the wealthiest fraction of market participants. Democratisation here is not a marketing claim — it is a structural outcome built into the protocol itself.
